I have more than just professional knowledge in the field of Counselling. I have lived through difficult times myself and found healing through my own journey. My personal experiences with trauma and addictions led me to become a practicing counsellor. I know how it feels to be in that place of struggle and stress.

I use this personal experience to connect with my clients on a deeper level, providing empathy and understanding to whatever they may be facing. My approach is grounded in providing clients with tools to become more in tune with their body and emotions, healing past traumas, and bringing restoration to their life. It takes a lot of courage to even reach out for help, but the reward of doing so is immense. I am confident in the immense power of healing that lies within each individual. The fact that you are considering counselling is a positive step towards your healing process.
