My therapy practice

I am offering counselling to adult clients via Zoom video or telephone calls in the UK and around the world.

Counselling is primarily a talking therapy, However, it is not enough to heal trauma by just talking about your experiences. I have had a deep interest in body-centred healing arts for the last 10 years, which has led me to be trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. My approach to healing is solution-orientated, mindfulness based and body-centred. It involves working with the past traumas that reside within conscious or unconscious structures of your body-mind  to generate solutions for healing and empowerment.

We know that healing and growth can only come when you feel safe and free to express yourself. I am committed to providing a safe and compassionate space that fosters exploration, acceptance, and empowerment. My approach is grounded in an open-ended journey where we work together to trust your inner-knowing and embrace your unique journey towards wellness.

I am passionate about helping my clients heal and grow through counselling. I embrace a variety of creative and experiential techniques rooted in Polyvagal and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy principles to create a unique approach tailored to each of my client's needs. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can find healing, make positive changes, and achieve the life you deserve.

I believe that everyone deserves to connect with their true self and find inner peace. I offer a safe space where you can explore your inner wounded parts. I can support you in reconnecting with dissociated aspects of yourself, and discover your authentic self. During this process, you can begin to build trust within yourself and create a deeper, more fulfilling connection to your own needs.

I draw from such modalities as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Compassion Focused, Solution Focused Approaches, Trauma Informed Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Focusing (Gendlin), Clean Language Inquiry, and Existential psychotherapy.
